QSI Revolution Extended Bass Motor Sounds

The latest version of Q2 Upgrade software for the QSI Quantum Programmer includes enhanced motor sounds with extended bass (XB) response for EMD locomotives. These sounds can be accessed and changed in QSI Quantum Revolution and G scale decoders using the QSI Quantum Programmer's easy to use cut and paste feature.

When combined with QSI's High Bass Speakers, the low motor rumble is like standing next to the real thing!

The latest version of Q2 Upgrade Version 1.4.0.2 can be downloaded from QSI Solutions web site.

" I love it - Great! Here is one issue with the Revolution. It is too good for the speakers. You really do have to tone down the volume because the speakers tend to rattle. This is with the 1.1 round from you and Soundtraxx. They rattle with the normal sound file and with the XB engine downloaded. However, the XB with the High bass Speaker is so nice that I get quite excited - no rattle. Unfortunately, its hard to get the HB speaker into most diesels. I sure am going to try. We need a better low profile 1" speaker - somewhat of a physics problem."

"The EMD XB 2nd Generation makes a great GE. Better than anything I have heard, especially with the XB Speaker. The GE XB file might be better when it shows but this is good enough for me. Can't wait to stick this combo into a locomotive. Nothing like it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great HB speaker horn too."
