Introduction

We have established our online store for your convenience. If you know what you need, we hope you'll enjoy the experience. But if you have any questions, we strongly urge you to call us.

IMPORTANT: Due to a significant amount of fraudulent orders originating from the Indonesia, China, Taiwan, and Malaysia, we ask customers from those countries to include the name of their credit card issuing bank or financial institution (not Visa or MasterCard), and their email address and telephone number in the "Special Instructions" section of the online order form. Thank you for your understanding.

How We Ship

Est. USA Shipping - USPS Priority (shipments under $100.00)
Est. USA Shipping - UPS Ground (shipments over $100.00)
Est. USA Shipping - USPS Priority Insured (shipments over $100.00)
Est. International - USPS Priority uninsured (insured available)
Est. International - UPS Worldwide Expedited (insured)

Shipments Within the USA

We normally ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We can ship to your home or work address.

International Shipments

We use USPS Air Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail. Shipments may be allocated to several small packages. All invoices and documentation are shipped in a separate Air Mail envelope.
NEW As a result of new European Postal Regulations that require your telephone number to be incorporated on shipping labels, please include your telephone number on online order forms, faxes, emails and any communication requesting an order.

Shipping Cost Estimates

Shipping charges for online orders are only estimates and may vary from actual shipping charges. Please contact us for accurate shipping quote, or for other shipping options.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return your purchases in original condition within 60 days for a refund or exchange. Damaged goods or purchase received after 30 days will be assessed a minimum of 10% restoration or restocking fee. Please notify us if you intend to return your order and if possible include a copy of your invoice. You may return orders by US Mail, International Air Mail (foreign) or UPS.

If We Are Out Of Stock

We make every effort to be fully stocked. However, the DCC industry has demonstrated about a 60% success rate in maintaining stock. Items that are back ordered will be shipped at a reduced rate. We reserve the right to cancel back orders on items that are not available within thirty days.

Locomotive Advanced Reservations Policies

We charge your credit card account only when we ship. No deposit is required.

Other Important Notes

  • Heavier items of 3 lbs & over will cause additional shipping/handling charges
  • Additional USA UPS services (3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day) are available at your request, prior quotes via order notes, email or by phone.
  • We do not guarantee all items in stock, see below.
  • Online quantity discounts may not be calculated correctly herein and will be adjusted on shipping invoice.
